The Challenge
Educational travel has always been sold on its educational value: curriculum connections, historical sites and cultural experiences. But after hundreds of conversations with teachers across Canada, we learned something different (and surprising!). The thing they valued most wasn't how it tied to their curriculum, it was the growth that happened to their students along the way.
The problem was, our marketing didn’t reflect this.

The Insight
We needed to change the narrative from what students did on tour to who they became because of it.
The problem was, growth is difficult to capture. Students can tell you they came home more confident or independent, but they rarely remember the exact moments that got them there.Instead of asking students to explain their transformation, we decided to capture it as it happened.

The Strategy
We embedded on two tours, one in Thailand and one in Italy, looking for the moments where growth happened organically.
We filmed alongside students as they experienced the trip, capturing authentic moments of curiosity, confidence, independence and connection as they happened.
We built a series of short, evergreen stories, each one focused on a single moment that reflected the transformation teachers value most.
